We are currently looking to add an Equipment Operator (CDL Class A or B with airbrakes) to our team of utility line clearance professionals. Your office is outdoors, and you get a new view every day!
What You will Do:
*
Drive Davey vehicles to and from job sites *
Position involves operating Log Loaders, Cranes, Aerial Lift Trucks, Tractor & mobile equipment on utility right-of-way's *
Responsible for equipment and crew safety when removing trees on utility right-of-way *
Properly maintain, prepare and operate all machinery and equipment.
Assist in tree care operations and crew members who perform all aspects of tree pruning and removal services safely and skillfully for major electric utility providers
What We are Seeking:
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions *
Ability to complete the Davey Tree First Aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and defensive driving course upon hire
Required: Commercial Driver's License-Class A or B with Airbrake Endorsement *
Preferred: line clearance experience or another related tree work

Full time hourly position. Compensation based on qualifications and experience. Davey offers excellent benefits, the opportunity to buy Davey stock after 1 year, and industry related training and special Davey training courses.
